New install? Follow the BillyGate set-up instructions. First-time set up requires interaction with BillyGate support: you have to send us a board ID (that uniquely identifies the Pico2W you bought) and we return you a token that authenticates your firmware for use on that board.

v0.2.3 firmware - Square Off Swap support!
v0.2.1 firmware - Square Off Neo support, Chessnut Move emulation, bug fixes for Chessnut app on iOS/MacOS and Chessnut Next (app).
v0.1.7 firmware - last BillyGate 0.1.* firmware (Square Off Pro only, well-tested and reliable).
flash_nuke.uf2 - use this (as instructed by BillyGate support) to factory-reset BillyGate.
Firmware downgrades are possible, but only after a BillyGate factory-reset.
